Rental Rates for:
The months of May, June, September, October – $6000

The months of March, April, November, December – $5000

The months of January, February, July, August – $4000

The house can be rented at a rate of $125 per hour with a 4 hour minimum Monday through Thursday.

If you would like to use the facility for taking photographs you may do so at a charge of $200.

If you are renting the house for a function this $200 portrait fee will be waived.
